After departing from Reiko's side, Ira made sure to hold up her end of the plan. Already she had offered some names to Reiko of members who may be willing to follow Shiroshika's party home, but who was actually willing was another story. Padding down the mountain she sought the entrance to the mossy caverns that house most of Vanderfell's members. Rather those she searched for were here or not, it was still a fairly central location to call from. Tipping her head back, three names were called specifically to meet with the High Queen at the earliest convenience.

^^By now, it was no secret that the Vanguard - er, Vanderfell was housing some guests - and by some, it was like half or moreso an entire pack of the north. Some were injured and in need of healing and that meant, of course, that their caches would go just as quickly.

Ozai was filling one of those caches when the call for him and some others came out. Oh? There a need for him? An ear flickered, and Ozai found his way to the High Queen. He would remain standing, though not speaking until the others arrived.

She had been going back and forth from the sleepy caverns with feathers, shed fur from creatures of the mountains and leaves with full intent to deck out the place. Not just her sleeping area but if the others wanted them or the Shiroshikans, well then they had the option to sleep on luxury! Plus, it made her feel a lot better to put to use nature the way it should be.

Nimueh looked how she often did these days, splotches of dirt across her paws and face, a stray feather snagged in a curly knot and just looking completely energetic as she buzzed around. The only time she paused was when she heard the call of the High Queen. She did not stay paused for long for the young woman giggled and span, launching herself towards the call. "Helloooo~" she sung through the caverns as she bounded, ears erect to the sky as she sought out the High Queen and -- a man she had seen but not really spoken to yet.

"There's feathers and shed fur to line your bed if you need them," she cooed happily, to both. ^^

Lok had been exhausted after the fight, his body not being used to such activity. He wasn't really sure if they had lost or won or if it was draw. The tiger and wolf had run off, with injuries, but the tiger wasn't dead, and he had a feeling that was the purpose of their fight. But, would he come back for round 2 after that? Loki would stay on guard, helping patrol the borders to keep them, and their guests safe. 

Ira's call pulled him away from his rounds, and he came as quickly as he could, dipping his head in greeting to her and the others before sitting back on his haunches to wait for the reason he was called.

She needn't wait long before each face arrived before her. Two were silent and waiting while Nimueh approached with a bubbly greeting. In some ways, she reminded her of Hieronymous, though even he could be more somber at times. “Thank you, though I will pass in favor of our allies.” Chances were most had not even found a proper place to rest let alone make it comfortable. This would not be their permanent home, but that did not mean they should not be comfy while they recovered too.

“I thank you all for coming swiftly. I have a mission should you be willing.” At least one of them would go rather they wished to or not, but she would not force all to go if they would rather contribute on the mountain. “As you are well aware, we did not eliminate the threat to Vanderfell and Shiroshika before we were forced to retreat. There are still members of Shiroshika at their abandoned claim that need escorting and perhaps scavenging for any spare resources.” The resources left behind would be especially helpful given that even more paws would soon be heading their way.

“You are to join a group of Shiroshikans destined for their homeland. On your return, I would like you three to split from the group, perhaps with one or two to follow and scout the Everfrost. If our enemies have not succumbed to their wounds then we must ensure they do not resettle so close to our claim. I have no interest in chasing them so long as they keep their distance. Do not engage if they are found, simply find what you can and report back.” With any luck they would no longer have to worry about the wolf and tiger, but she did not see them as the type to drop a grudge so easily. “Have you any questions? Loki, I understand should you wish to remain after aiding in battle. You have my blessing should you need more rest.”

^^So, the tiger was still at large, was he? So lives had been lost for nothing? Ozai did not have questions, but pondered if the tiger would return. Was the big cat capable of revenge, or was he above it? He gave a swift nod, understanding his orders.

“Very well. I will scout these areas, starting with the Everfrost as it is closest, and then I will make my way north, to the former home of our allies. If you need nothing else from me, I will go now.”

Exit Ozai unless stopped

Nimueh had forgotten there had been a battle at all. She blinked as it all came back to her, remembering something about a tiger, a wolf, Shiroshika and Vanderfell. Her ears perked forward curiously as Ira pressed on and her youthful features lightened. An adventure! And a mission. All at once.

The young she wolf seemed happier about scouting for resourced than escorting yet she was eager to do both. "I will be sure to bring back whoever and whatever I can," though knowing Nimueh, is was likely to be things rather obscure. ^^

Loki listened intently, understanding what Ira needed. He gave a brief nod, Thank you for the consideration, he replied genuinely when she offered him to sit this one out. But, I am able to accompany them, he added. Especially if they didn't run into the tiger again, he figured he be okay as a guard for the group.

Ozai would be first to accept the role, though before he could leave she would raise her voice enough to show she was not finished, “You will go as I say, not as you please.” Perhaps she had not specified enough for her instruction to be clear, though she would nod to the other two as they too agreed to go. “Meet with the Shiroshikans the Empress has delegated for the task. Travel with them all the way to Tsukiishi first to ensure they get there safely. When all is done in their homeland, then you may take to the woods in search of what you can find. I will expect a report on your return. If that is all clear then you may leave now.” She herself would linger should one wish to discuss matters further, though once all had turned to take their leave she would do the same.
