Since her joining of Greenwood, Leto had adopted her new name in its entirety and now lived as Greer. It meant to be watchful, and watch she did. There were other members of the pack that she had yet to meet and though keenly wished to know about them, found herself hesitating and hiding in her own company.
It was her own company now that she found solace in, sitting in the centre of the bubble brook upon a stone, her tail tip gently stirring at the surface of the slow moving water. There had been electricity forming in the air, the kind that caused bolts of light to strike the forests and erupted them into fire. It had Leto watching the sky skeptically, wondering if it was because of something she had failed to do, a sacrifice she had failed to make. But surely her gods were to praise her for her efforts?
She had found a place to worship them once more.
Leto frowned before wiping the expression from her maw, turning her attention dully to her fur as she preened and groomed her way through the anxiety she had begun to feel. It was her time for a bath after all, and she did not expect to see anyone lingering near the stream at this hour.
Perhaps if she made a prayer it would ease the storms might? or at least that was what the woman pondered. So silently she began her utterance, a will to the gods to bring the rains of fertility and not the rage of destruction. Her eyes closed in her doing so, and she found herself pausing her groom only to bow her head and hope for her home to be okay.
