Yes, if the character appeared in Canis with them. Accessories can be pretty much anything, but cannot be used to meta-game or godmode. Any accessories or items that appear with a character will morph to fit the setting, meaning that technologies such as electronics and plastics will turn to wood or otherwise. Items and accessories also generally can't be replaced in game. Items like earrings are easy to get ripped out, for example.

Sort of — characters cannot be resurrected but can be reborn in a different body. This means that when your character dies, you can reincarnate a new version of them by creating a new account.
They can even retain all of their memories from before they died, though all of their skills and awards are non-transferable. This cannot be used to meta-game either, for example by seeking vengeance on an attacker.
