Feature Request: Use IC forum sidebar maps to navigate between forums by region

Description of MyCode Request

When in an IC forum region, it's awesome how you can see the map right there. It would be incredible if you could click on a different region on the map from that forum view and be taken to that region's forum.

example: http://canismajor-rpg.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=11
click mountains on map in sidebar and go directly to
http://canismajor-rpg.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=9
